Default High score & old IMG

Hello friends; I need your suggestion. I graduated from medical school in 2007 and completed home residency in internal medicine in 2012.I did MPH from top US university in 2013. Both of my steps are > 260 & passed CS with high performance. I need VISA sponsorship. My question is shall I apply to programs with 5 years cut off from graduation? Thanks

Apart from the programs which have a hard and fast rule when it comes to the "time since graduation cut-off"... I don't know why is it even a question that needs to be asked if you should apply or not with scores such as yours. If I were you, I'd stop wasting time and start looking into programs which are not up tight with their graduation year cut-off rule, and apply to them on the opening day. If it's not specified on their web site under application criteria, then I suggest you call them and ask.
Good luck.
