Help Which specialty to apply with these scores!

YOG 2002

step 1 88
step 2 99
cs passed all passed first attempt

please any one guide me which specialty to apply???

I worked in internal medicine and I have two LORS for pediatrics, I'm on visit visa.

Although your step 1 score don't much help you for peds, but if you have US LORS in it you might consider applying to peds but not as a primary target. You need to target IM widely as you have previous residency and good scores for that as well as FM.
