Certificate LoR signatures- ink color Black or Blue!

Is it necessary for the signature on the LoR to be in BLUE....or is Black OK too?
2 of my LoRs are signed in Black ink.
Can any one tell me...

Thanks

Thumbs Up Black colored ink is OK

Previously ERAS requested that LoRs to be signed in Blue color but then in June 2010 they removed that requirement. For more details about their official announcement read our USMLE News Article here New Changes to ERAS

Your LoR can be signed in Black color, there's no problem with that.

I can't find it as well.
They removed all of their 2010 announcements from the official website.
They also removed the statements talking about ink color here http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/lors.html

So I think, the emphasis on ink color is gone now, you can use any color.

Hello,
Can you please confirm if the "any color" is still valid for 2011? Thanks.
