Default Balance the Personal and the Professional in Your Interview

Try to balance the personal and the professional in your interview. Your interviewers have read your application and CV so they will know your credentials. Practice sharing your personal story for why you are applying to the residency program. A residency interview is a job interview. Directors and residents will favor interviewees whom they could envision as colleagues. Everyone who reaches the interview stage is intelligent and talented. What will distinguish you from the crowd is demonstrating your personality and your ability to interact with your interviewers.

Visit IMGAngel dot com if you are interested in strengthening your interview technique.
