also some programs want u to mention in the SUBJECT ..of ur email..

hi..
are we suppose write a thank you email to an IV invitation? The invitation only gives phone number to schedule an interview. Can we still write a thank you email???

hi again. Actually my invitation letter only gives phone number and name of the program coordinator to schedule an interview date. There is no email address. How should I reply?

Ahh.. Did u try going to the website of that hospital to check for email id of coordinator.. If they have given u phn no to schedule .. Then just call them .. May be thst's the way they schedule..

If you got your invitation through ERAS then there is an option for reply.

Somebody who has scheduled their iv via phn call .. Please throw some light on this.. Am sorry I dont have an accurate answer

Not all invitations have reply option thru eras lucky.. Some invites strictly say dont reply on eras and give u their gmail id...

Uhm you call them and tell them you received an invitation, whats so strange about this?

I got a phone scheduling interview and did exactly as the email said.
