Help LORs in ERAS

Hi guys....you might saw this question before but I can't find the answer; it will be so nice if somebody can give me some details or maybe a link where I could read more informations.....

I waived my rights to see the LOR's(all 3 are from US attendings physicians)....on july 5th I gave them the envelopes with the DSF and cover letter; I checked today the tracking number and I saw that 2 of them were deliverd on july 9th and july 12th; here is my question: how can I know when these letters will be uploaded on my ERAS account? I got into my ERAS account, then I choose Documents/Letters of Recommendation and then clicked on Track my LoR's; a new window is opening(I belive is ADTS); here I have 4 colums and on the last one(Available in ERAS PostOffice) one of the LoR author is says 07/14/2011(the other 2 Lor's it says 'not uploadedto the postoffice').....what does this mean? this specific Lor is already uploaded and I could use it for some programs?

please guys...I know this topic was already posted but I need an opinion if what I know is accurate;

Thanks to anybody who's willing to help!

You need to request LoR slot first.

Go to Documents tab then click on LoR and then request the LoR. Only then your LoRs will be uploaded to your ERAS account.

Thank you so much for the reply. I still have some dilemas.....

Before I gave the envelopes to the doctors, I did the LoR's authors(I put their names, specialty, hospital, etc) and I finalize all 3 of them; after doing this, I gave them the envelopes and they send the lor's to ECFMG; in the mean time, the ECFMG receive the envelopes and on one of the LoR's on ADTS it says on 'Available on ERAS Postoffice' the date july 14th; the other two Lor's it says not uploaded to the post office.

My questions: do I still have to do the Lor's slots or I already did them when I finalize the Lor's authors??? if I still have to do this slot, how can I do it??? I can't find anything to request/slot a Lor.

Thanks to anybody who's willing to help!

Go to documents tab and then go to LoR tab, then add new LoR and then enter the data and then click submit.

Here's the official guidelines:

It might sound silly but I can't find that Lor slot request; I was looking for some time now but I can't find any kind of options/buttons to click; I am kind of scared I didn't do something wrong when I finalize the Lor's author...I've been reading all the post regarding this situation but I am not able to solve this problem...please help me!

you didnt do any mistakes, you upload ur un-waived LORs through OASIS, then finalize authors in MYERAS and then it will say that they are available in "MYERAS post office", you dont have to go anywhere else, to any other portals etc

So, I did the same. UPloaded my unwaived letters a week ago using Oasis and just today finalized the letter authors. That seems ok, right?
However, I finalized a LOR author today but will have the letter uploaded by the letter author on THursday. Does that seem ok too ?
