Question who has better chance fresh Vs old graduate with better score?

Hi friends,
I'd like to know your opinion about this
who has a better chance:
DOUBLE 99 & 10 years since graduation Or
DOUBLE 90 & fresh graduate

According to "Match a resident", after entering these data to their "preview customized results" page, the fresh one has double (or even more than double) the number of programs available to the old...
but , my question is: if both pass the filter of a given program, who has better chance to be invited for an interview and to be ranked by program director considering equality in other factors ?

If both have passed the filter this means there is no issue with years after graduation and the higher score takes preference
