hey...if I don't apply in September, and apply for scramble... does an IMG have a chance in scramble.. would the program directors filter me out b/c of second attempt.. if i don't get in scramble?? i am doing one externship in Dec and Jan. can i write that in my CV now and send my application in Nov???
I am giving my ck in Nov or Dec..

To be able to get the unfilled list programs you need to apply on sept at least to one program and register to NRMP.
If you are planning for the match either apply on sptember first or postpone it for the next year or just go with the option of scramble for this year although chances in general are low but you will have your dcuments uploaded for the next year and gain some experience with the match process.

Default second attempt

sme ppl say scramble is a waste of money??? low chances too..would my visa status help in this or no...if i apply for scramble and apply next yr too..would pd filter me out as i am a second attempt to residency?
