Question Where to put the name of the hospital?

Hi all

I am submitting some USA LOR's for my application. In the documents part in MyERAS, I am supposed to enter the letter writer name and department. But am I supposed to enter the name of the hospital? I mean, how would the PD's know that this is a USA LOR?

Dear Sabio

Actually I tried this before posting. It wont fit! you can write up to a certain number of letters in that field. Now should I write the department name ( Head of Infectious Disease department ) or hospital name ( Wayne State University ) ?

Try to squeeze in as much info as you can in the allowed space. Use abbreviations like Prof instead of Professor and ID instead of Infectious Disease, Univ. instead of University...etc
It would be best to mention the department and the name of the institute.
Don't worry much about that, PDs will open the LoR and see where it's coming from.
