Default I made a terrible mistake cancelling an interview. PLEASE HELP

I had an interview scheduled for tomorrow, i emailed the program about 8 days ago and told them i had to cancel, i added all my information (aamc id,name, date of interview) and apologized.

I've been overwhelmed lately so i forgot to check for a confirmation. They NEVER confirmed that they cancelled my interview and its TOMORROW.

I have been working a LOT lately so i completely missed it due to exhaustion :/ .

What should i do? i mean i did email in advance to cancel it but should i try calling tomorrow?

If it was their lack of response then you're ok. They have your email anyway - not really your fault.

Im worried that they might have missed it...

I dont know, should i call tomorrow and confirm that they got the email?

And if i do call, how should i address it...

"Hi, i just wanted to confirm that the program received my cancellation email last week..." ?
