Hello ratung my main specialty is pediatrics I applied to 77 programs the great majority are university programs, it has been a difficult match this year I think most people can tell you the same, if I were you I would try to get the most out of step 2 ck like gunner level, take your time and if you can try and do step 3, of course everything counts and if you have visa and a lot of us clinical experience you will be fine, believe in yourself and don't loose patience while preparing any test, just think on all the things you will be getting out of very good grades, people with great scores in my same visa and usce situation have been getting a lot of interviews based on their stellar scores so try and get a better grade on your CK, good luck, I hope I have helped.

He means he was offered a spot before the match, like directly to him, without going through the algorithm, it is like getting a job on the spot
