Question Old graduate

I've heard that new health insurance will start for about 30 million american , does this give chance to old IMGs to find a place there to cover need, any idea?

So far residency programs did not increase the number of positions available for residents.
Also at the same time they have increased the American medical school enrollment by 5% this year.
Therefore, if ever there will be more need for doctors then it will be covered by American grads rather than IMGs.

You can still hope for the best.
Just make sure that you get high scores in USMLE and do some sort of USCE and you will get it.

Of course, you can use your connections and they'll make the PD calls you for an interview when you apply for the match.
This is the most important weapon that you should focus when you apply for the match.
