Hello all..
I need some guidance in filling up the application form in eras.

1) in the education tab it asks the dates of attendance..what shud i fill in there? date including my internship or without internship?

2)In the training tab do i write my internship? it says Please include each residency, fellowship, and/or osteopathic internship you have completed or are currently in. Shud i just click on the NONE option?

3) In the experience tab I shud write the externship/ observership / job back home and all..right? will i be able to update it..because i have an observership next month too..

4) In the licensure tab it says are you board certified? shud I mention my license from my country in tht and write the board's name?

5) In misc. tab it asks.. Are you able to carry out the responsibilities of a resident or fellow in the specialties and at the specific training programs to which you are applying, including the functional requirements, cognitive requirements, interpersonal and communication requirements, and attendance requirements with or without reasonable accommodations?
options given are yes/no/no response and then there is a space for limiting aspects. what to fill in tht?

I will really appreciate if somebody could give me the answers.

Thanks.

1-put the same dates on your dean's letter (MSPE), if not available then: if your medical diploma is dated before your internship then without it but if your medical diploma is dated after the internship then you put it after that.

2-If your internship is after your medical diploma you may mention it there under residency.

3-You will be able to update before September 1st or before you click certify and submit if that happened after Sept 1st. After you hit certify and submit no changes can be dne except for your personal info.

4-No, this part is for the american board certified people.

5-yes!
