I have a question regarding the fee which ERAS will charge me depending on the number of programs I am applying to....I will try first to explain what I saw on ERAS and maybe somebody can give me some explanations.
Let's say I wanna apply to a program X.....this specific program offers both categorical and preliminary.....I am finding this X program in my ERAS account, I click on it and I see I can choose either preliminary, categorical or both under the same ACGME. Here is my question: if I choose to apply to both preliminary and categorical, will I be charge for 2 programs or just for one? What I mean is: do ERAS charge you based on how many ACGME you apply for or for how many preliminary, categorical, etc programs we are applying for?
Let's say I wanna apply to a program Y....this program has 2 different ACGME for preliminary and categorical(one ACGME for each). If I wanna apply to both, will I be charge for 2 programs, even though is still one speciallty at the same hospital?
Thanks to anybody who can clear this for me!
