USA US Map of IMG Friendly States!

Just found this great US Map showing the IMG friendliness percentages of the various states!



IMGs can focus on the Green States above

Thanks for the post, among the states in green which 1 of them has the highest percentage of IMG enrollment "friendliness"

Unknown source, I think it was done by last year IMG applicant stats.

Is this for all IMGs? Does it make a difference if you are a US citizen IMG? Are green states only more likely to issue visas? or are red state less in favor of internationally educated people regardless of visa status?

Dude,
This map is just an approximation of the percentages of accepted IMGs, period.
No specification which type of IMG.
Also (this is just my opinion), programs do not take IMGs not because of visa issues, they don't take them because filling up with US grads is more prestigious and safer (as they think).
