I have received one LoR from the CEO of the hospital on behalf of the doctor under whom I have done observership..the LoR is signed by the CEO...who is not a physician...unfortunately the doctor is not in USA currently..and I am not able to contact him...
will this LoR work? can I send it to the ERAS?

Arrow Best LoR is from your supervisor

Any LoR can be sent to ERAS, even if it was from your friend!

The issue here, whether it will have an impact on PDs or not.

In my opinion I think the CEO LoR won't be very powerful, the LoR should come from the person who have been observing you to have the highest impact.

I suggest you try your best to reach the attending whom you have been working under supervision. Even if he/she is not currently in USA, he/she can write the LoR for you online using the new LWP.

If after all efforts you could not reach that doctor, then I suggest that you look for another doctor who supervised you in that hospital.

If that still does not work then I suggest the CEO mention stuff like, you did not get in trouble with the staff, the CEO received direct positive feedback about you, the CEO observed you directly in a presentation or while caring for patients, ...etc
