I disagree winter footwear again!!! really need answer

Do we need to change winter boots to shoes inside the hospital (do they have a room for storage) or should we arrive in shoes already from the start? Maybe a stupid question but really different answers from different people

If you're going to a place where you know there will be snow or extremely cold, then you can wear good boots. You can always change when you come inside.

Program coordinators are very good about giving you time to gather yourself, go to the bathroom, adjust and hang your coat up somewhere. If you're interviewing in a northern climate, they deal with the weather all the time and understand if you need to do something like switch shoes.

From personal experience, I would advise to take a direct transportation method from you hotel to the hospital, like a cab or a shuttle even if it is more expensive, in that way you can wear regular shoes, and it will be easier for you
