Default does french languauge helps in getting matched

hi i wanna ask if some immigrant is bilingual english and french does it improves chances of getting matched? any extra benefit for french language? plz reply

some programs like applicants who speak frensh , like in new york brooklyn . alot of immigrant there speak frensh . it is a plus

it most certainly helps in some geographic locations or probably with some PDs but I would say (my opinion) not as important as spanish or arabic
