Default Please help me!

I am an IMG, got 251 in step1 and 228 in ck which was very shocking for me.
Yet to take CS.
My question is what are my chances in Internal medicine if I can pass CS in 1st attempt ?

Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Your chances are already very high. 251 is not a piece of cake and very many programs base their cut off on step 1 score.
