Default Johns Hopkins Pediatrics Residency

Hey everyone ,
I was wondering if , to apply to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics Residency Program , would one need to complete their ECFMG certification by Jan 31 2015 (applying for 2016) or is it ok if the ECFMG certification is completed by August 31 , just before we start applying for the programs.
I'd appreciate it if anyone responds to my query.
Thanks!

you need to have the ECFMG certificate by the time you submit the application sept 15th 2015 for the 2016 match. JHU is a very competitive program so strive for very high step scores and having a great CV with strong LOR from US faculty and always apply to safety programs!
