How does one enter a research? do you have to be a intern first or what?

You don't need to be intern first,

You just apply for clinical research assistant at various hospitals and Universities.

can u plz tell me more details about clinical assistant job in lincoln medical and mental hospital in NY ??? will they pay for us ??? how to approach them??can somebody plz guide me???
