Thumbs Up Beware- the dark side of a hospital!

I'm a former trainee of Albert Einstein Medical Center (Aemc), Philadelphia, who finished few years ago. I unfortunately, got into trouble with the management and virtually became their slave for a few years, until recently, when by God's grace, I managed to make use of a loop hole in their "agreement of slavery" to extricate myself. A few of my colleagues, who got into the trouble with the hospital, sadly have become lost to the world and become the hospital's slaves!! I am sharing this message so that no one suffers my fate or that of my unfortunate colleagues. I'm the only one who managed to break free from Aemc, Phila, while the rest of the victims will remain slaves for a long time. Though I was unsuccessful in securing their release, I at least am trying to prevent future casualties and warn applicants to this program to be mindful of their evil ploy. I promise you, I have finished residency from there and am not participating in any match to side-track other applicants and I live overseas.
Now, Aemc is autonomous and has it's own Police and legal framework and has the blessing of the authorities to persecute its employees according to their will. The hospital usually targets those struggling in their training or those that get into trouble with the management for whatever reason. No cadre of employee is immune and the victims have included trainee doctors, psychology trainees, etc, including a double doctorate honours trainee who worked there. The hospital's intention is to exploit the unfortunate trainee to make money of them, get cheap labour or to shut their mouths if they did anything wrong to the employee. The hospital has also forced the trainee's family members to sign agreements to shut their mouths. Here's the modus operandi:
The hospital forces the unfortunate employee to sign an agreement waiving all their legal and civil rights for any action the hospital may take and hence the trainee becomes a slave of the hospital. The hospital can keep demanding ransom, make him do cheap labour for years in the hospital or force him to do locums in no mans land to generate income for the hospital and the trainee is helpless as he waived all his legal rights. The hospital has also got a cruel agreement called "Privacy agreement", wherein the trainee surrenders their email logins and social networking profiles (Facebook, etc) to the hospital and can't receive any messages from anyone. The hospital controls all communication coming to the unfortunate victim and hence the world doesn't realize anything is wrong. Also, as the trainee has become a slave (surrendered all their legal rights), they can't take any legal action. I'm stating all this from personal experience as the hospital had been persecuting me all this while. Again, only a few unfortunate trainees, who get into trouble with the management for whatever reason, meet this fate; if you do well and remain in the good books of all, you are safe and can have a good time. Now, the hospital never discloses its full agenda or implications while getting the hapless trainee to sign the release (I didn't realize I will become their slave and nor did my attorney at the time). I think it's cruel to destroy a trainee because they made mistakes because no one should be made to relinquish their civil rights whatsoever. I will explain how I got free.

Now you will wonder why would a trainee knowingly surrender their rights? They don't, the hospital puts them in a tight spot and coerces the trainee to sign the slavery release and the trainee doesn't have any options. Aemc threatens to terminate the trainee who's in trouble and to destroy their career. The poor trainee, in desperation to save their career will do anything to save themselves. This is where the hospital pressurizes the trainee to sign the cruel release. The hospital agrees to offer resignation, instead of termination, but in exchange for the trainee waiving all their legal and civil rights to the hospital for any action the hospital may take in the future. So the hospital may demand that the trainee work for years for a pathetic salary; repeat residency; demand a million dollars in ransom (for whatever reason); force him do quit his job and do locums in no man's land to pay huge sums of money to the hospital and the trainee is helpless as he can't take any legal action. To top it all, the hospital restricts the trainee's freedom of communication by making him sign the "Privacy agreement". So the trainee becomes a dummy and gets lost to the world.
Here's how I extricated myself (a few months ago). The release I signed only releases the hospital from existing American laws at the time (a few years ago), but doesn't account for any future laws that may be passed. So while I was helpless for a year or two, a new Employment
anti-discrimination law was passed a year after I signed the release and this helped me defend myself from the hospital. So in the future, the hospital may amend its release agreement to include all future laws as well in addition to extant laws. (Template of release agreement enclosed with this post)

So my friends, it's fine if you want to apply to Aemc, but please be aware of their brutal exploiting policies and God forbid, if you get into trouble, never agree to sign any agreement that waives your legal or civil rights to them, even if it means you get terminated without a reference because, you can still do clerkships and resurrect your career in due course, but you don't want to become the hospital's slave and lose your liberty and freedom of communication forever and get exploited for life and be miserable forever! (Sample agreement enclosed)
Good luck in the match!

Default What do you do when Einstein in Philadelphia blackmail you for 1000.000 dollars, just because you want to quit your job?

What do you do, when you have moved from India to the States with a good medical degree. You get a good trainee program (at least you thought) at Albert Einstein in Philadelphia and you end out with good references afterwards. Know they tell that you have acted inappropriate and want you fired. But they cannot let you leave before you pay between a half million to one million dollars. No one can or should pay this much for a simple jobrelease! At the same time serious psychological pressure, mental violence and threats is pressuring the person. He is threatened that the hospital will destroy his very good medical records - they want to destroy his career so he can never work as a doctor again. How is this possible? Can anyone help make this contact go away? His own lawyer said he could not help, PLEASE HELP!! They have even requestet that he may never more be romantically involved. Thet hack his computer and track him down. What should he do?
