I can only answer No. 1

I asked ERAS about it, they told me to include it in work experience and explain the details.

In my case, my school requires one-year clinical rotation as house-officer after 5yr-med school to be graduated. During this period, we got paid.

Oral presentations means presentations you gave (spoken). It can be anything from small seminars to big presentations in international conferences.

Usually they don't ask about documentary proofs for volunteer work.
