Can we include extracurricular activities in this section, like during my med school I received various certificates for participation in cultural programs, blood donation camps, painting competition..
pleez guys let me know as I wana to complete my application and wana make it look good.

Actually , I have received different awards during my medical study and am including it under this section ,Why not ! We are not just doctors, we have other interests too, that makes us more special I guess.

This achievements and awards section can include anything that you've got including extra-curricular activities.

Examples:
Winning sports competition.
Participating in community programs.
Arts and humanitarian

Ideally they wont ask for any proof. But its better to take all your certificates when u go for the ivs..All the best
