Dollar Sign ERAS Credit Card Payment

hey guys i wondering what is the mode of payment that eras accepts for paying the fees? I mean I know its a credit card but does it have any specifications like the card should be only on your name? thanks in advance!!!!

The credit card needs not to be in your name.

You can use any credit card.

Do I need to pay once I apply? Can i apply and make the payment later on?

If chose to pay through the check/money order payment method, can I covert the payment method and pay the amound through the visa card?
