Certificate Only 2 of my 4 LoRs will be available?

I have another question.... i applied to all of my programs yesterday and I assigned 4 LORs to each one. I just realized that my deans office didn't assign 2 of my letters and I had to contact them today because they forgot to upload them to my post office. So technically all of the programs I applied to only received 2 LORs instead of the designated 4.

Will affect my application negatively in any way? Do the programs see that I assigned 4 LORs or will they only see the 2 that are available in my post office?

What do you mean by Dean's office? Your profile says that you are an IMG. For all IMGs, the designated Dean's Office is the ECFMG.

You should send your LoR to ECFMG/ERAS Support Services and they'll upload it to your ERAS account.

Anyway, back to your question.

Yes, that will impact your profile negatively, because your application will be considered "incomplete". They'll see that you reserved the slots, but they'll see that it's empty. So I suggest you contact them all, and tell them the story so that they wait for you until you get the other LoRs.

Our medical program has a sponsor who uploads our LORs to the ECFMG for us. I'm looking at the ADTS and the 2 LORs that are "not uploaded to the PostOffice" are dated to the "Designated deans office notified" column since July. I'm not familiar with what this means because my responsibility was to send my LORs to my sponsor on time, which I did. When I applied to my programs I was able to check all 4, so I thought that meant they would be available once they were sent. My application is complete aside from that. My sponsor said at least one of the LORs should appear in the "postoffice" by Tuesday, giving me a total of 3. Should I still contact all 60 programs?

I think yes, you should contact them one by one and tell them about the issue.
Then afterthat keep monitoring your ADTS and see if they have uploaded the delayed LoRs.

i have the same problem... i applied to all my programs but with 2 LoR, the 3rd one is reserved.... it should be in by next week... gr so your saying i should have waited until next week and then apply? because most people i talked to said just apply sept 1 with 2 LoRs and have the 3rd one reserved rather than waiting 2 weeks and then applying with 3 LoRs...

Also how would I go about contacting each program? should i Email each program or call them? Emailing would definetly be easier for me as I am doing an elective right now... is there any difference between the two?

Thanks
