Question Is MSPE and Deans letter the same thing?

Hi
my school have issued a LOR from dean and separate MSPE. I was wondering that many programs require a separate dean's letter and I have already uploaded both the documents and I am now confused

For IMGs that do not have MSPEs, they can upload Dean's Letter.

Dean's letter is a replacement of MSPE.

When you upload a Dean's letter, you have to upload it as MSPE.

Now if you have two documents, one is MSPE and the other is LoR from the dean. Then use the MSPE as MSPE and use the dean LoR as LoR.
