Is having a 3 Poster presentation good. i have also written 2 books is that good too

Definitely this would make you stand out from others.

But remember, the publications should be in the same specialty that you are applying for to have maximum impact!

One book is for Step 1 review, one book is on Brain and aging and one book is for the Canadian OSCE exam

Nice, these books work for any specialty
The brain and aging book would work great for Neurology Residency.

If I have no Neurology LOR but FM, IM, PED LOR can I apply to Neurology
