Question ERAS ADTS; Not yet retrieved?

On ERAS account, under the track application (ADTS) tab there is an option 'Documents By Program'......some of the programs I see they retrieved all my documents except MSPE, which will be released on November 1st; some of the programs it says to almost all documents that they were retrieved except usmle transcripts (I am wondering why only usmle transcript not); on some none were retrieved (Not yet retrieved)....here is my question:
where it is said Not yet retrieved, this means that specific document(s) was/were not downloaded yet by the program director???

Thanks to anybody who will post an explanation for me!

If the USMLE Transcripts have already been uploaded to your ERAS profile and were made available (you checked Yes to that option), then they should be able to retrieve them along with your profile and other documents and I see no reason why they are not retrieving them.

When the ADTS mentions that "Not Yet Retrieved", means it's not yet downloaded by the program.
