Question changed PS assigned after applying to programs !!!

hey guys , one stupid problem I have , plz help if u know abt it ,
i wrote a PS for IM and after assigning it to programs, i applied to them , later i saw a typo in the PS and copied and pasted it into new PS slot and then changed the PS i had assigned earlier to all the programs,,now in the Assignments report it is showing the new PS assigned but in the track applications slot , it is showing that both the PS will be available to the PDs.
am worried that they will see my messed up PS too.plz help on how to proceed. forum administrators???

Call ERAS services tomorrow morning.

It should not be the case.

You can only assign one PS to each program you applied for.

Please upload a screenshot of what you are seeing so that we can help you further.

My case is a little bit similar, can you help me out?
I applied to programs with my 1st PS. 5 days later, I have another one revised it for me. Now I want to update the new PS, but I'm not sure if it will be a mess in my application? Will PDs see my 2 PSs and think that i'm not well prepared?

We were in the same shoes, thank you. I wrote a pretty crappy PS, edited it, reuploaded it as #2, reassigned, and then noticed a typo on my 2nd draft!! 3rd time around it was a charm. I did have the same worry but luckily you eased that concern.

Also, keep in mind that if the program already "read" your first PS and you assign another, yes they will read your 2nd P.S the next time they pull it form their ERAS system, but you can not hide the fact that the director already read your 1st P.S (even though he no longer has access to it, unless he printed or photocopied it the first time around). I hope this sounds clear.

totally agree with u about the fact that u can change as many times as u want, as long as the program hasnt downloaded the stuff.... i was just worried coz it was showing both the PS in the ADTS on the tab....anyways, its pretty clear that PS and LOR can be changed over early on after applying but if it has already been a couple of days after applying then most probably the programs have already downloaded the docs and u have to send them an email tryin to explain the situation if it really is that imp...
