Default Write letter to PDs after ROL

How to write a letter to PD stating that I am interested in their program and I will be ranking their program high during this Rank Order List formation?
Can anybody help me with a sample?

I have been also concerned with such matter, this issue made me explore the true benefit of such step, what I found as a conclusion is such Letters of love have minimal to no effect on the final decision of where you are placed on their ranking list, yet some programs need somehow of assurance of your interest, nevertheless it won't affect your position. I call it the dilemma of marriage, not to undermine the sacredness of marriage as a unity yet this empty circle of assurance and reassurance goes on. with that being said I need to postulate of certain terms.
Stating to the program of interest " I will rank you high" it usually means I will rank you within the first Three or even four, which isn't much reassuring to any program out their since they are all aiming for the perfect scenario of all applicants to rank em FIRST.
Check this web for further samples.
