Default Failed Steps

Hi
I am an IMG from India graduated in 2012..I dont have any research papers or US LORs , haven't done any electives or observerships..In 2012, I tried preparing for USMLE Steps on my own with Kaplan Notes and videos from 2008 and First Aid 2011 with no external guidance...it was one of the biggest mistakes....I didn't clear Step 1 and Step 2....Due to my poor performance in both the steps and extraneous factors, though i had registered I didn't give my Step 2 CS as I was not prepared for it....In short, I messed it up big time.....
Now what I would really like to know is.....If I try again.....And this time, with hard core dedication....Is it still possible for me to crack the Steps?.....And can anyone tell me what are the possibilities, even if highly unimaginable and unlikely, but not impossible?

Do u want us to tell you nothings impossible? Cuz nothing's impossible.

Lets talk current risks:
-Everyone here will tell you, that you need to do phenomenally well on your board exams if u do plan to take it. Like we are talking at least +230 on both. So this is a given.

-A lot of programs dismiss people who are 5+ years graduation. So with that mind if u applied for match 2016 u'll be 4 years since graduation. Any longer and you'll be further disadvantaged and will be filtered out of many programs.

-So, with that mind you need to get step 1, Step 2 CK, and CS done before September 15th 2015. This leaves you with 7 months and 9 days. Do you realistically think you can get all 3 exams done in 7 months? Do you feel that u can get all 3 exams done with +230 each?

-If you feel that's not enough time, then u'll need to get the exams done by September 2016. That should be enough time for you to squeeze in a few observerships/externships. There are IMGs with YOG over 5 years that got matched.

-No one here has a crystal ball, it's all risky man . U have a chance but u have to get +230. Weigh your options. You're already a doctor in India. Is being an Indian doctor so bad? Are there any other countries that you want to practice in?

The margin of error for foreign grads is pretty slim and its only getting more competitive. I would honestly consider some other options. With one failure its hard enough. I have friends with one failure who struggled to get a couple interviews. but three failures....i dont know...
