Default Psychiatrist here!

Hello all!
I'm a Psychiatrist pending final exams in April this year, following which I am planning to dive into the USMLE process head on. I'd like to know what my chances are of securing a Psychiatry residency assuming I manage a 230+ score on both steps. Here is an overview of my qualifications:

MBBS from India. YOG 2011, finished internship in April 2012. Passed all subjects in the first attempt
MD Psychiatry from India, YOG April 2015
1 year original research as a mandatory part of MD in India
3 years clinical experience in Psychiatry in India
Community service (visit to a destitute home) once a month for 3 years during MD
Teaching experience spanning 3 years during MD
No gaps in education

What do you think folks?
My dream is to match into a small community program that sponsors H1B visas in a big city. Is it possible?

Embarrassed

I think so, lots of psychiatrist IMG with less experience than you in the residency programs here. Also look into "VA" (military) residency in the US, they accept lots of IMG. Good luck
