Default Medical school accreditation

Hi, I'm a foreign graduate and my medical school accredited by the higher ministry of education here. My medical school is listed in the ECFMG, FAIMER, and in the WHO. There are other accreditations which I can't remember that we have them. So there were students graduated from my med school who were able to match in a residency program in US. But I'm aiming for California! And I didn't see my medical school listed in the website of california medical board!!!
Does this mean we are not eligible to apply there! But we have the ECFMG recognition! I don't get it! Should I contact the medical board or I shouldn't?!?!
Anyone have an idea??!?:in different:

Aiming for a certain region of preference is in my opionion a restriction for the optimum goal which is MACTHING. #imjustsaying
since you asked about Cali I assume you know that you need PTAL which requires you also having a social security number (my info here is old for the SSN I could be wrong) it takes on average 6-9 months to be obtained.
try contacting the PTAL services to get more info on this matter.
