Default extra application

I receive extra application from 2 hospital
does this show any new news or interest in my apllication. do i just fill out and send or do I call

Correct Answer I Believe YES

If you meant to say you've been sent supplemental forms to fill, then YES. It means you've passed initial screening and you need to send out the COMPLETE application in order for the program coordinator to pass your application to the review committee.

I'd say fill out these forms and send them back as soon as possible

I agree The program sends it

The program sends out the supplemental application when they retrieve your application through the ERAS. So far ive been requested to complete such forms by two programs
