Fire Thread Urgent Help!! Advice needed.. Please :plz:

Dear everyone... first of all i'd like to thank USMLE forum and each and every member who dedicates their time and efforts in reading and replying to different posts in which they enlighten us, share their experiences and help others as much as they can... which is a wonderful tradition of passing on knowledge and intellect and I cant not thank you all enough for this.

I've stumbled alot through out my USMLE journey from many wrongs to a few rights and still trying to figure out further down... this forum has helped me get back up and push a little harder when i exactly needed it.. so a big shout out to everyone... THANK YOU!!!

Well.. I need help with sincere advises and suggestions..
US Citizen/ YOG 2012/ CK 230 (2nd attempt)/CS first attempt/ Step1????

- I've graduated in Nov 2012 from one of the colleges in..and I cleared my CS in Dec 2012 (first attempt)

- I started my part-time MSc in Healthcare management and i managed getting done with first of it only (Oct 2012-July 2013).

- I got in to a local Surgical residency program (ACGME-i certified) in Sept 2013 and unfortunately I did quit after 'one' month. ( i know exactly yo'll be wondering what an idiot, it was a very rash decision and careless with many many factors playing a role in it from my mom's ill health to me not being able to find time to study for steps and alot of my faculty discouraging 'women in surgery' notion and unable to give time to family etc etc... so it all took a toll on me and i decided to quit the program and focus entirely towards CK)

- I started prepping for CK and i decided to go for Kaplan CK live for 6 weeks in Jan 14 till March 14 (I had alot of family **** going on before that: sister delivering, mom not feeling well, baby sitting etc etc... so i was always available to them)

- First attempt CK in july--- failed 199. I couldn't understand what went wrong when i gave my full-time to it without work or any distractions. I was very depressed but then it became a challenge... my family was pushing me to try harder and at the same time still taking up my time in baby sitting and moms ill health

- Nov 2014 i did an attachment in ER at a local hospital for 1 month which gave me a lot of confidence and studied for CK along with it and wrote my 2nd attempt in Dec 2014.. and in Jan 15 I passed with 230 (UWSA over predicted though)

- From that time until now April 15... I studied and cleared of my local General Practitioner licensing exam, I couldn't rotate or get any clinical experience meanwhile studying for Step1 now. Also my mother had a bilateral knee replacement surgery in March so that's been consuming all together with physios, follow up, pain management etc etc ( Feb went taking to her ortho and rheuma doctors and ER visits).

Bottom line is... I want to maximize my chances of Match this year... I'm not being choosy to the specialty i want to apply but i'll keep it till FM, IM and would be dreaming on applying to Surgery too.

1. Should i pursue finishing off my MSC Healthcare management degree which would require me to be enrolled part time from Oct 2015-May 2016 or else I'll just exit with a Diploma.. would it benefit me?

2. Should i pursue a GP position at my home country.. since it''ll help me financially and also allow me to get experience but would it add to my Match? Or should i skip the practicing part now n look for USCE?

3. I don't have any publications, Maybe 1 during my medical school but thats about it nothing fancy or PubMed stuff... what are my chances then? how do i get one or where to look for?

4. The Main question... do you think is it an absolute requirement to have USCE? since i don't have any at all neither do I have any LORs from past 2 years... It's a big GAP in both clinical and LORs. what can I do or should I do to strengthen that GAP..
-would it be a good idea to do rotations in US for 3 months and do step 1 with it?
- start GP at home country, write Step1 and apply for match?

I'm really lost in here... i know it's a pain to read all this chunk but i'll really appreciate some help and advises here... I'm a human being i have short comings, I've made mistakes a lot, i let family take a toll on me and i'm sick of all this... I don't want to give up my professional life for whatever fudge that goes around... even to a point I've kept marriage off the cards for over a year (i have one of the most understanding, loving and supporting family and partner in this world... who understands my shortcomings and the need to push marriage off until i match and start working as an R1)..

So.. i don't want to lose... i don't want to put down my family or partner or any one around me who dreams of me as a physician. I don't want to give up in this painstakingly long and depressing journey.. i want to come back and give it all in.. for whatever I've lost and learnt during my journey... I want to come back strong.. so I need help in planning what to do next in my time line... I'm sure many of your stories would resonate with mine more or less so i hope it'll be of some help to others as well.

Appreciate your time and efforts ya'll!
