Default Does US PhD degree help out an IMG for matching in pathology?

Im an old IMG (YOG 2006) have done 3.5 years of clinical pathology rotation back home, have two professional US certificates in molecular diagnostics and clinical chemistry, and have MS degree in biochemistry from US. Im doing PhD in biochemistry and pathology in cancer research in US too.I have three Co-author papers and two first author and 3 abstracts. I expect to finish both of my PhD and USMLE steps by the middle of 2017,however, by then the time passed since my graduation would be 12 years!( including 3.5 ys in clinical pathology rotation overseas, and 5 years of US research experience and graduate studies in pathology department. What do you think about my chance to get into pathology?
