Listening What speciality to apply for , with these scores ?

step 1 --> 226 / 82 on the new scoring system.
step 2 --> 212 / 90 on the old scoring system.
------------------------------------------------
MY priority for specialities are
1- G.surgery .
2- Internal medicine --> cardiology.
3- Ob/Gyn .
4- Family practise .
-------------------------------------------------
with these scores should i apply for G.surgery (any chance)?
which 2 specialities of these 4 are the most safe to apply for ?

1- so do u think that i shouldn't apply to surgery in first place or i can give it a try?

2- also , should i apply to university programs or should i try to avoid these competitive programs and apply to only community programs?

3-is applying to 3 specialities is a wise thing ?

4-and if i were to apply to 200 programs how should i distribute them ?
(i mean for eg : how many int med and how many ob/gyn ?)

sorry im kinda asking much but im finally done with 1/2 the way :sorry:
thx god , and i hope to put my foot in the right place in the next 1/2 .
