Certificate Non-Medical Achievements in the CV!

Can a non-medical award, let's say "National Youth Award", be added in the application in ERAS?
If so, is it something any program director would consider as a relevant/important achievement?

Definitely.

Any achievement that shows your persistence, dedication, enthusiasm, altruism, and compassion is an EXCELLENT eye-catching point in your application.

Our PD told me this;

"If I see somebody who has been working as a driver in FedEx, I respect him more than some one who's bragging about his research and high scores"
