USA Why America?

I have a question if any one can answer me
why America and usmle?
I mean why should I lose my time and money studying do research exam huge budgets so many risk factors for at end you hear every one says easily you could fail
Isn't it enough to complete your medical degree in your home country and go to any rich country s gulf countries and make money
what is the point in going in such long road ......USMLE

My friend, it is never about the money (atleast for me). Medicine in the states is simply very advanced and by training there you will become a better doctor. Its an experience you don't get in other countries...I personally don't want a green card nor do I want to settle in the states later on. I want to learn and bring back what i learned to improve medicine in my own country...other people will have other opinions. In the end it is ur choice, and ur life. U decide for yourself what is best for u...then again doing residency in your own country isnt such a bad idea and u could make it a backup plan incase things dont work out for u in the states....also remember the fact that ur doing USMLE and passing is making you a better physician already..I seriously learned alot by studying for the step 1 and there are things medical school will not teach you..good luck
