This is a difficult question to answer.

The interviewer is trying to find out if you are going to be honest or just give a standard answer that you learned in the Internet.

I repeat (honesty) is under the microscope here. So if you come up with some falsifying facts, they won't appreciate it.

So the best way it to be honest.

Think of yourself and try to find out weaknesses. Pick a trait that can be remedied and that you will be working on it to correct it. Pick a trait that is not in your personality (because that's usually difficult to rectify) pick a professional trait.

  • My English language is not great but am working on it and I believe once I start working in the US it's going to be improved in all aspects, written and spoken.
  • I always see things as a whole (take holistic approach) this sometimes end up with me missing some fine details. I'd appreciate if someone is detail oriented is with me in the team so that we make a good combination.
  • I get pissed off when somebody criticizes me, I need to learn how to accept contructional feedback and use it to improve my skills and knowledge.
  • Neurology is my biggest weakness. I did not train enough in neurology and I feel lost when presented with a case. I need to work on that and perhaps I'll be asking for an extra neurology elective to ameliorate this weakness.
