I have got a new LoR form one of the US attending few days back. It is already uploaded in the ERAS system. but I cant give it to the program in those I already applied for. I've got some interviews. I want to show them my new LoR. How can I do this?
Send an email to the coordinator and tell her you got a new LoR and send it as an attachment to the email.
Also, take the LoR with you to the interview. When you reach there, ask the coordinator to make copies of it and give it to the people who'll interview you.
During the interview talk about it, tell them I have new LoR.
The max LORs you can assign through ERAS is 4, and I guess you already done this. Also I am guessing your US LoR is waived or maybe you don't have a copy, if this is the case then there is nothing you can do other than requesting a copy from the writer and take it with you to the interviews or attach it as our Admin suggested.
