Default Residency with a new born

I am pregnant now and my baby is due on 1st week of June 2012. I have an interview scheduled and I am wondering what to do. As I have heard it will be very tough in the first year. Will I be able to handle the work load while been a new mom? I am thinking whether to go/ not to go for the interview. Will my situation be a disadvantage for me in the interview? Or they don't care about that? If all goes well , will they give maternity leave for me?
Please help me with ideas...

You are not the first mom to match. You can do it, you will need a family member or nany with you all the time to take care of the baby while you are in the hospital or oncall. My advice is go to the interview and take it from there.
