Default MSPE and Dean's letter

Hey there,

I am a 31 yo IMG and I do not have MSPE neither Dean's letter from my medical school. Is this going to be a problem to match ? Currently I am Attending Physician from the best University Hospital from Brazil, I have 6 months USCE with 3 LOR from US. My scores are:
Step 1: 247
Step CK: 263
Step 3: 253
All passed on the first attempt.

Hello,

If you are applying to programs through MyERAS, an MSPE is a required component of the application. Try to see if your medical school is able to get one for you. If you cannot secure one, you can have a placeholder document, but this does not look great to the program coordinators.
