Help

I have the same question, so far I have 1 US LOR from a CDC Doctor,
and I wil get another one from doctor that works in a university hospital where I do research,
however the 3rd one is my concern since I dont have more time to get another one I might have to get it from my home country,
would my chances be limited? thanks.

No need to worry guys.
I know lot of guys who matched with all their LORs from only home countries.
Minimum of 3 maximum of 4 LORs needed. Getting a strong LOR from home country from a doctor u worked with who knows you well is better than a weak generic LOR from US doctor.
