Default work experience description on ERAS

hello guys, on ERAS they require a description of the elective, meaning what were our duties and what we did during them.

Is there a certain template or outline that you could share just to know the form it's usually written in

There is no template per say, but you can use your CV as a guide for these work experiences. Instead of making it a stiff list such as "I worked with patients, filled paper work and helped with procedures," try to describe the experiences. What work did you do with patients? How did you help with procedures?

Make sure you are typing your answers in paragraph form without any special characters (bolding, bullet points, quotes, italics, etc.). All answers must be in plain text.

Just a quick potentially silly question. During my externship in US i did some hands on procedures such as knee and shoulder pain relief injections. They were done under the supervision of the doc i was rotating with. Can i mention this while filling out the work experience portion? Are IMGs allowed to do such procedures during externship? I Wont be getting the doc in trouble if i mention this?
