Default question about degree in ERAS

hello my mbbs degree states that i completed mbbs on 30 december 2011 and and at bottom of degree it says date of issue april 2012 what to write in eras ?

I would go with the completion date which is when you actually finished your program as opposed to when you got a piece of paper.
