Hi, guys .... I have 2 Questions:
1- Last year I started ERAS account and I uploaded my MSPE and transcript, but I didn't apply to the match will they consider me as match re-applicant?
2- Is it possible for me to remove my old MSPE and download new on

Yes, you will be considered a reapplicant. If you would like to upload a new MSPE, go through ECFMG's OASIS service and they will replace the old one with the new.
