Must be able to obtain a H1 visa?? is written in some program website..

how do they expect me to obtain H1 ??
does that mean they dont sponsor visa??

I know that ..
sometimes its written we Accept J1 while others have we sponsor J1 ??
what is Accept mean in this case..who gonna sponsor me..does tat mean they dont offer visa so I dont have to apply to them???
