Default Applying 2nd time, Is it okay to use the same personal statement as 2015?

I applied for 2015 but didn't match. I am applying again for 2016 and would like to know if its okay to use the same personal statement. My other documents including LORs are from previous year as well. Only thing that has some updated information is my CV/Resume and photograph. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am not that much experienced but I would advice you think once again.

Try changing your personal statement, proof read it, edit it and get it checked by your friends or experts in English language.

Remember your personal statement, can be an ice-breaker..
